The candidate will lead improvements, evaluate materials and finishes, oversee production quality, and guide installation methods such as click-lock and tongue-and-groove systems, ensuring durability and performance across projects.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in wood flooring industry.
• Strong technical expertise in production, manufacturing, product development, or installation.
• Sound knowledge of wood flooring materials, adhesives, finishes, and coatings.
• Experience in product development, technical improvements, and process optimisation.

The role requires a strong technical and manufacturing background in wood flooring, with expertise in product development, material selection, production processes, installation systems, and technical optimisation. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant industry experience, with the ability to identify production and installation risks, recommend mitigation measures, and improve product quality, performance, and durability.

Key Responsibilities
