Job summary

K4 Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Designer with strong luxury fit-out experience to join our design team. You will lead technical design development, review drawings, coordinate with MEP, joinery, marble and site teams, and ensure practical, buildable solutions on complex projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in architecture/interior design with luxury residential/villa experience, excellent AutoCAD skills, and the ability to take ownership of technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design with strong fit-out experience.
• Experience in luxury residential/villa fit-out is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction, detailing and material coordination.
• Excellent Auto CAD skills; Revit/3D software is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design development for luxury fit-out projects.
• Prepare and review architectural, interior and shop drawings.
• Take independent technical decisions and provide practical solutions to site challenges.
• Coordinate with MEP, Joinery, Marble and Site Teams for smooth execution.
• Review drawings and ensure designs are accurate, practical and buildable.
• Conduct site visits and resolve technical/design issues during execution.
• Provide technical guidance to designers and draftsmen.
