The below General Obligations are for all Studios Staff :
- As a representative of Studio 360 should maintain the integrity and spirit of the organization.
- Attend meetings and workshops as needed to contribute intellectually to the organizational needs. If leading a meeting, take minutes and share notes as per procedures immediately, and follow up until task completion.
- Should adhere to all studio manuals, procedures and protocols.
- Always deliver high quality output / standards as per the role and engineering discipline involved.
- Assist LDP (Leadership) office and immediate reporting authority in achieving the Studios Vision as set by Board / Investors.
- To be highly organized, self‑motivated and a good team player with excellent communication skills.
- Is required to devote himself / herself exclusively to the performance of his duty during working hours and, if required, beyond for the efficient discharge of duties.
- To be in constant communication with LDP and immediate reporting authorities for deliverables and their status.
- Flag the risks of delays, cost overruns and quality issues or any other to LDP and immediate reporting authority the moment it is known.
- While on vacation and during weekends be available on standby by mode when there are critical deliverables that affect our/client business needs. Set up a proxy system when communication is not possible so tasks are completed and RAs receive constant updates for effective tracking.
- Be accountable for own work and subordinates' work.
- Undertake structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Should be able to perform under pressure and tight targets.
- Follow all QA / QC checks for all work procedures under the scope.
- Should always be in smart business attire.

Role Description
- Provide technical support and lead the MEP Drafting team to develop GFC drawings as per company requirements & project specifications and review material submittals, GFC drawing samples, GFC as‑built drawings and technical calculations.
Responsibilities
- To manage GFC drawings & As‑Built drawings productions.
- Prepare engineering calculations.
- Provide & support authority documentation.
- To manage layouts and detailed MEP drawings preparation as per project specifications.
- Supervise & lead the drafting team by cross‑checking all drawings to ensure it is up to standard.
- Provide technical support to the project team with accurate drawings from design to execution & handover.
- Active coordination with MEP team, civil team, suppliers and consultants.
- Review material submittals and ensure approval of the same.
- Provide GFC drawings & as‑built drawings.
- Thorough study of design / IFC drawings specification and raise RFIs in case of discrepancies.
- Prepare & maintain detailed logs for material GFC drawings, RFIs, method statements, etc.
- Be a strong team player and be able to interact well with other staff.
- Strong interaction with PMs, coordinators & project engineers for MEP drawings, RFIs, material submittals, etc.
- Attend site meetings to discuss project engineering requirements.
- Review material submittals, samples, GFC as‑built drawings and technical calculations.
Education & Qualifications
Consultant – Minimum years of experience and educational qualifications as required.
