Job summary

Luxoft in Abu Dhabi is seeking a platform-neutral Technical CRM Consultant Business SME to lead requirements and ensure RFP reflects vendor-agnostic, functional needs for Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB). You will gather requirements from sales, marketing and support, defining technical specs for developers and configuring CRM platforms with custom fields, layouts and workflows.

Qualifications

• Total CRM experience of 10–15 years.
• CRM technical experience of 8–12 years.
• Familiarity with CRM architecture and cloud automation.
• Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Responsibilities

• Gathers business requirements from sales, marketing and support teams and converts them into technical specifications for developers.
• Hands-on setup of CRM platforms including custom fields, page layouts, views, business rules, security roles and workflows using tools like Power Automate or Salesforce Flow.
• Manages data migrations, data quality cleansing, reporting dashboards and system integrations using APIs, SQL or services like Azure.
• Coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoots system defects and supports agile delivery using Jira or Azure DevOps.
