Position Overview

The Client Account Manager (CAM) will be the primary post‑sale point of contact responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customers realize value from products or services, driving renewals, and growing revenue through upsell/cross‑sell. The CAM will balance customer advocacy with commercial objectives while coordinating with internal teams to deliver outcomes and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customer stakeholders including procurement teams, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Proactive Engagement: Collaborate with CSMs, assess customer health metrics and provide guidance on best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Revenue target: Ensure timely renewals and carry targets for regional NRR achievement and expansion quota. Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative engagement and by demonstrating the ROI of CloudSEK’s solutions. Will have revenue quota.
  • Technical Expertise: Ability to independently conduct product walk through and articulate how the production feature translates to customer use cases. Use the battecards to convince customers on CloudSEK's product superiority and demonstrate value for money.
  • Maintain partner relationships: Collaborate with the partners for smooth renewal and develop a winning strategy for revenue expansion.
  • Customer Business Reviews: Actively participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs) to assess customer sentiment and guide/mobilize internal teams as needed.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to gather feedback for product improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in client account management in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years experience in cybersecurity, client facing roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Technology is preferred.
