The Client Account Manager (CAM) will be the primary post‑sale point of contact responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customers realize value from products or services, driving renewals, and growing revenue through upsell/cross‑sell. The CAM will balance customer advocacy with commercial objectives while coordinating with internal teams to deliver outcomes and resolve issues.
