Job summary

Fisher Human Resources Consultancies L.L.C, a Dubai-based technology leader, seeks a Technology Director to provide strategic leadership for the organization’s technology function to support growth, resilience, and regulatory compliance. You will define long-term strategy, drive cloud adoption, lead diverse technology teams, and oversee governance and vendor relationships.

The role requires 10+ years in senior technology leadership, with strong enterprise architecture, cyber, and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant professional certifications and industry specializations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term technology strategy across applications, engineering, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and IT service management.
• Lead cloud adoption strategy aligning security, data sovereignty, performance and cost optimization.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and establish governance, ownership and succession planning.
• Provide executive oversight on enterprise architecture decisions, major incidents and vendor selection.
• Establish KPIs and governance for high-quality technology services and outcomes.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and alignment with business priorities.
• Design and enforce policies aligning with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS and UAE regulations.
• Oversee operations delivering secure, resilient technology services and agile incident response.
• Manage risk through RCSA, audit observations, internal controls and governance.
