Job description

The ROW SHARP team is looking for a Tech / Product SME. In this position you will be responsible for solving UTR system issues during new store hub launches (tier1) and BAU (tier2). You will work with tech configuration business and ops teams to optimize/shorten system readiness timeline for launches. You will partner with product and tech team to drive permanent solve for frequent issues. This is an individual contributor position that requires a strong sense of business and operations deep understanding of the UTR systems customer obsession and a willingness to dive deep. If you are excited by removing blockers optimizing system flows and accelerating the launches this may be the next big career move for you.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the UTR systems

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders from various areas including operations tech product and business
• Ability to deliver on multiple deadlines and prioritize compulsively as a self-directed individual comfortable with a fast-paced ambiguous environment

About the Team

The ROW (Rest Of World which includes India Japan AMET BR MX SG and AU) SHARP team is driving several innovations and optimizations in Amazons Supply Chain and Fulfillment Centers to bring the worlds most customer centric experience to the ROW countries.

• 3 years of program or project management experience
• 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelors degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3 years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes project management and schedules
