Job description
  • Promote and sell Etisalat plans tailored to businesses institutions government entities and Emirati customers.
  • Provide detailed information about plan features benefits and pricing to potential clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling and cross-selling of products or services.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service handling and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Meet quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service such as response time resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with audit teams during Internal & external audits ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Handling of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) audits ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Contribute to internal mystery shopping initiatives to assess the quality of customer interactions.
  • Achievement of individual sales and productivity targets.
  • Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements.
  • Thorough knowledge of products in his department.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation.
  • Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
Requirements

Experience (Yrs & Field) : 3 - 5 years of experience in similar role

Educational Qualification : Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification

Below 35 years.

Immediate Joining on or before 20th September 24.

Salary - 4850

/- AED(Gross allowance) Incentives

Skills & Abilities

Customer Focus Result Orientation Teamwork Communication. Arabic knowledge is an advantage. Good PC skills especially MS Excel Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.

Required Skills

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales. Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid Fiber and Business On). Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently Key Skills and Competencies: Proven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experience preferred). Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
