Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Etisalat plans tailored to businesses, institutions, government entities, and Emirati customers.
- Provide detailed information about plan features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling and cross-selling of products or services.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, handling and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Meet quality KPIs related to customer service, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Handle Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to internal mystery shopping initiatives to assess the quality of customer interactions.
- Achieve individual sales and productivity targets.
- Provide solutions to customers queries/requirements.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products in the department.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals and delegate tasks to team members.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience (Yrs & Field): 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
Educational Qualification: Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification
Age: Below 35 years
Availability: Immediate joining on or before 20th September 24
Compensation
Salary: 4850 AED (Gross + allowance) + Incentives
Skills & Abilities
Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Teamwork, Communication. Arabic knowledge is an advantage. Good PC skills, especially MS Excel, confidence, and skilled negotiating abilities.
