Job summary

ADNOC Distribution seeks a Team Leader, Strategic Customers to manage critical fuelling operations across designated regions. You will serve as the primary contact, ensuring timely delivery of products and services while upholding ADNOC standards.

The role emphasizes coordinating with multiple internal departments, maintaining strict HSSEQ adherence, and leading a team to support uninterrupted operations at customer sites.

Qualifications

• HSSEQ standards are required.
• Strong manpower planning and reporting skills.
• Experience in emergency response planning.
• Experience with tank and depot commissioning.
• Maintenance management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage fuelling activities across all customer locations within the assigned regions.
• Coordinate with customer and locations to ensure timely supply of manpower and operations.
• Oversee manpower planning to ensure full coverage of all sites.
• Coordinate with HSSEQ for audits and safety compliance.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales, maintenance and incidents.
