Job summary

KBR is seeking a Team Leader, HSE Offshore to lead safety, health and environmental activities on a mega EPC offshore project based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a strong track record in offshore HSE leadership, operations readiness, and GCC experience.

You will drive safety improvements, coordinate with PMC teams, and ensure compliance with international standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years in a similar role within Oil & Gas or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
• Experience in Operation & Readiness.
• Extensive offshore project experience in GCC region preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar HSE leadership role in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
• Experience in Operation & Readiness
• Having a minimum of 17 years of relevant experience in the Offshore project experience in GCC region as preference.
• Must have at least (5 ) years of experience in a similar position in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
