Job summary

KBR is seeking a Team Leader, HSE Onshore to guide HSE activities on a mega EPC project based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires extensive onshore GCC experience, especially in oil, gas or petrochemical sectors, and leadership over HSE teams to ensure compliance and safe execution on site.

The incumbent will coordinate readiness and safety programs for onshore facilities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 17 years of relevant onshore GCC experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar position in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Experience in Mega EPC projects.

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
• Experience in Operation & Readiness
• Having a minimum of 17 years of relevant experience in the Onshore project experience in GCC region as preference.
• Must have at least (5 ) years of experience in a similar position in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
