The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑grade solutions usingMicrosoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio.
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient solutions aligned with business requirements and bestpractices.
• Drive the adoption and integration of Microsoft Copilot Studio within existing workflows to enhanceproductivity and intelligence.
• Build AI use cases and autonomous agents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to the development team.
• Stay current with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and AIintegrations.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security policies, and data privacy standards.
