Job summary

Evollabs in Dubai is seeking a QA Team Lead to build and guide a team of QA Engineers and SDETs responsible for the NOS quality. You will balance technical leadership with people leadership to ensure high-quality releases.

You will own the QA strategy, oversee CI/CD integrations, coordinate test planning with development leads across HAL, Control Plane, and Management Plane, and drive a quality culture for a greenfield project.
