Qualifications

• Strong general education background, especially in English, Maths, and Arabic (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• ICT literacy desirable.
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant or working with children is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to student well-being and academic growth.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering classroom activities and reading-related tasks.
• Lead small group activities under teacher guidance, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Supervise classes or small groups of students in emergencies when required.
• Prepare and tidy classroom resources, mount student work displays.
• Manage administrative tasks to support teaching staff.
• Ensure classroom and stock areas are organized.
• Assist students with personal care.
• Promote good behavior, cultural awareness, and a love of learning.
