Job summary

EY UAE is seeking an experienced analytics-enabled consultant to drive tax technology delivery and data-driven reporting across Corporate and Indirect Tax domains. You will design dashboards, data mappings, and validation routines, enabling accurate tax outputs and governance, while supporting AI-enabled use cases and secure data handling.

The role emphasizes client collaboration, end-to-end ownership, and delivery quality, with travel across MENA for engagements as required.

Qualifications

• Strong working capability in SQL (extracts, joins, aggregations, validation logic).
• Hands-on proficiency in Alteryx (data preparation, repeatable workflows) and Tableau (dashboard development).
• Ability to define and execute data quality checks, reconciliations, and exception monitoring rules.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify business requirements through client workshops; translate into functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Build dashboards and analytics outputs using Tableau; develop repeatable data workflows with Alteryx and SQL.
• Support eInvoicing and VAT reporting workstreams by validating data mappings and reporting outputs.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, prepare test data, and ensure evidence packs are complete.
