Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Technology & Transformation Manager in Dubai to drive execution-focused, client-facing technology-enabled tax solutions across Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, and eInvoicing. You will partner with Tax, Finance and Technology teams to design, develop, test, and deploy analytics-driven platforms using SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.

The role emphasizes data integrity, scalable analytics, and governance, with a requirement for cross-functional collaboration and travel across the MENA

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years experience in tax technology, tax transformation delivery, or data/analytics delivery.
• Hands-on capability with SQL and analytics tools (Alteryx/Tableau) to deliver dashboards and reconciliations.
• Experience delivering SDLC activities for software-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into functional specs and data mappings.
• Build analytics outputs (dashboards, reports) and reusable data workflows.
• Coordinate testing, defect triage, and release readiness for modules.
