The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager or Manager, you will:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end IT projects for client teams, tax technology and broader business process transformation (from requirements gathering through to design, build, testing and deployment).
- Develop, enhance and support both internal and client facing technology solutions, including:
- Automation tools
- Data integration and data analytics platforms
- Dashboards and reporting solutions
- Implement and integrate third‑party tax and finance applications for multinational clients (MNCs)
- Own assigned workstreams and manage delivery timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations
- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, security and performance
- Document technical designs, configuration standards and operating procedures to support ongoing maintenance
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise processes and enhance data quality and controls
Skills Required
- Knowledge or experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
- Knowledge or experience in Data Science and Data Analytics (e.g. Python)
- Development using Microsoft stack
- Experience in database design and development (preferably SQL Server)
- Experience building ETL solutions (e.g. SSIS or similar tools)
- Experience with data analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI
- Knowledge in Microsoft Power suite (Power App, Power Automate, Query, Macros and VBA, Scripting)
- Demonstrated ability and interest in using new technologies to transform business processes and improve data management
- A natural flair for problem solving and an entrepreneurial, “solution‑driven” mindset
Application of the above skills in a Tax environment is preferred but not essential.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Programming, Tax Technology or another related discipline
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects, with the ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
- A strong interest in technology‑enabled business transformation, particularly in the Tax function
- Excellent communication and business writing skills in English
- Arabic language skills are preferred (spoken and written)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on client service and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail
- A proactive, self‑starter attitude and an entrepreneurial approach to work
