Job summary

KPMG Middle East is seeking a Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager/Manager to lead end-to-end IT projects across client teams and tax technology. You will develop and support tech solutions, drive data analytics, and manage workstreams with a client-centric approach.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in IT project delivery, data integration, and a passion for transforming business processes in tax functions. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer engineering, CS or tax technology.
• Proven experience managing multiple IT projects independently.
• Strong interest in technology-enabled business transformation and tax tech.
• Excellent English; Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end IT projects for client teams and tax technology initiatives.
• Develop and support internal and client-facing technology solutions across platforms.
• Own workstreams, manage timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture, ensuring scalability and security.
• Document technical designs and operating procedures for maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and data management.
