Job summary

EY is looking for a Manager to join the International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) Transfer Pricing team in a dynamic, globally connected environment. You will lead TP engagements, translate data into insights, and build strong client relationships across industries to deliver high-quality tax planning services.

You will apply advanced TP and economic concepts, collaborate with teams worldwide, and contribute to cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, management, tax law or another relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• A master's degree or a professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, CMA, CFV, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting responsibilities.

The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team advises corporate and private equity clients on their capital agenda through three key areas: Transaction Tax International Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing. As a joint venture between Tax and Transaction Advisory Services ITTS offers broad market exposure and career development. The Transfer Pricing team focuses on planning documentation audits and supply chain strategies with opportunities for cross-training and growth through diverse engagements.

Your key responsibilities

Youll play a key role throughout the project lifecycle translating data into insights and building strong client relationships across industries. Youll also lead multiple transfer pricing engagements and contribute to high-quality tax planning services.

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelors degree in business Finance Economics Management Tax Law or another relevant discipline and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• A masters degree or a professional qualification such as CPA Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) American Society of Appraisers Business Valuation Certification or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work at a fast-paced often with shifting responsibilities.

Ideally youll also have

• Proficiency in Arabic
• A consistent record of excellence in a professional services environment
• Existing transfer pricing experience
