Qualifications

• Strong skills in tax planning and tax preparation to optimize client tax positions.

• Solid knowledge of UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations for timely advice.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation; professional certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in corporate and SME tax advisory within the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to explain complex tax concepts clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client‑focused environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tax Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Tax Consultant will provide tax advisory services to clients, including evaluating tax implications of business structures and transactions and recommending tax-efficient strategies. Daily responsibilities include tax planning, preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations (including VAT), and supporting clients during tax audits. The role involves interpreting and applying relevant tax laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, and preparing clear reports and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders. The Tax Consultant will collaborate closely with other consulting, banking, and finance teams to deliver integrated solutions that support clients’ business growth in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in tax planning and tax preparation to optimize client tax positions and accurately prepare required filings.
• Candidates should possess expertise in tax compliance and tax audits to ensure adherence to regulations and provide support during tax authority reviews.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of tax law, particularly UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations, to provide accurate and timely advice.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, CTA) are an advantage.
• Experience in corporate and SME tax advisory within the UAE or GCC region, ideally in consulting or professional services environments.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to clients with diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client‑focused environment and manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
