Job description

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Complete an 18‑month structured rotation program across key operational areas, including training modules and a two‑week international assignment.
  • Learn Amazon Operations fundamentals through hands‑on experience in Fulfillment Centers, Last‑Mile Delivery and Specialty Fulfilment.
  • Work with different teams to understand end‑to‑end operations and build cross‑functional knowledge.
  • Participate in daily operational activities such as pre‑shift meetings, flow discussions and team huddles.
  • Lead rotation‑specific projects that contribute to operational improvements.
  • Engage in both day and night shift operations to gain comprehensive operational understanding.
  • Develop leadership skills by shadowing experienced managers and gradually taking on team responsibilities.
A Day in the Life

As a Tanmia Select trainee, you will immerse yourself in the fast‑paced world of Amazon operations, witnessing how managers engage their teams to meet customer expectations. You will trace a customer order from start to finish, gaining hands‑on experience in different operational roles and preparing you for future leadership positions.

Eligibility & Requirements
  • UAE national with a valid UAE passport and family book.
  • University degree or diploma from an accredited UAE university (graduated within the last 18 months).
  • Maximum 18 months of total work experience, including internships.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Eligible to complete the full 18‑month program.
  • Willingness to work various shifts—including nights—and potentially relocate within the UAE.
  • Degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to adapt in fast‑paced environments.
  • Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous dynamic setting.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes.
  • Required experience: Intern.
