MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning & Development Strategy
- Design and execute an annual learning strategy tailored to corporate and retail functions (Head Office, Boutique, Operations)
- Identify learning needs through performance reviews, succession planning, and business priorities
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI to refine programs continuously
Talent Management & Growth
Lead internal mobility programs, talent assessments, and development plans for high-potential employeesCollaborate with HRBPs and functional leads to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs)Manage leadership development initiatives and coaching programsPerformance & Succession Planning
Support the annual performance management cycleFacilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical rolesCreate competency frameworks and capability-building roadmapsPartnership & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with global / regional L&D teams to localize group initiatives and ensure alignmentBuild relationships with external training vendors, business schools, and consultantsAct as a brand ambassador of learning culture within the organizationTools & Systems
Oversee digital learning platforms (LMS), content curation, and data analyticsMonitor learning metrics, feedback, and progress reportsREQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field5–8 years of experience in Talent Development, preferably in luxury retail or high-end consumer brandsDeep understanding of L&D trends, adult learning theories, and talent frameworksStrong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in digital learning tools (., LMS, LinkedIn Learning, SuccessFactors)Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
