Job summary

A global hospitality company is offering an internship position in their HR department located in Dubai. The intern will assist with administrative functions, manage platforms, and support employee engagement initiatives. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential. This is a full-time internship with no remote work options.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with document collection and meeting scheduling.
  • Manage tasks on the Concur platform.
  • Support the annual billing process for the AEMEA region.
  • Manage employee directories and organizational charts.
  • Provide logistical support for events and accommodations.
  • Track engagement surveys across hotels.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist with document collection, meeting scheduling, system entries and general administrative functions.
  • Manage Concur platform tasks including purchase orders (POs), expenses and invoicing.
  • Process and support the annual INES billing process for the AEMEA region Hotels.
  • Manage the Heartist cards program across corporate and hotel teams.
  • Maintain and update global and local distribution lists for the three offices.
  • Manage Talent & Culture directories, employee birthdays and organizational charts.
  • Assist with insurance and pension enrolment for corporate employees and hotel new starters.
  • Provide logistical support including flight bookings, intern accommodation, insurance and parking arrangements.
  • Support organizing internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help maintain and track Talent & Culture programs, campaigns and engagement surveys implemented across hotels.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant coursework or academic focus on HR management, organizational behavior, labor law or employment relations is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
  • Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS or recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Additional Information

Will be working with the Global Brand Loyalty team and coordinating with the wide Commercial team on a daily basis.
