Job summary

Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, seeks an organized Assistant Talent & Culture Manager to support recruitment initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR operations. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, talent acquisition, or people operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities: postings, screening resumes, interviews.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and culture programs.
• Coordinate onboarding and prepare documentation for new hires.
• Maintain HRIS and HR databases with accuracy.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations.
• Support employee relations and organize team events.
• Assist with training and development programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information.
