Role Title: Talent Consultant GCC Nationalization (Supervising Associate)

Department: Inclusiveness Function

Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi

UAE National only

Role Summary: The Talent Consultant GCC Nationalization will be responsible for managing the end-to-end GCC Nationalization agenda. This role will work closely with the Inclusiveness Team, Talent Acquisition Strategic Talent Consultants, Talent Development, and Service Line Leaders to drive our GCC Nationalization strategy to enable an exceptional experience for our GCC National employees, monitor nationalization targets across the GCC and support and guide on retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In consultation with the MENA Inclusiveness Leader partner with relevant stakeholders to shape, develop, and execute the GCC Nationalization strategy ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Collaborate with the Inclusiveness Team, Recruitment, Strategic Talent Consultants, and Talent Development to integrate nationalization goals into all aspects of business operations.
  • Monitor and analyze nationalization quotas and percentages across the GCC, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Develop and implement policies and initiatives that promote the retention and development of GCC nationals within the organization.
  • Work with HR Enablement and Strategic Talent Consultants on exit trends and improvements to retention strategies.
  • Facilitate training programs and workshops.
  • Act as an advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on nationalization strategies and best practices.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external organizations and government bodies to champion nationalization initiatives within the GCC region.
  • Support external recruitment events to build the organization’s brand and attract GCC national talent.
  • Assist with resolving queries related to nationalization initiatives and practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing nationalization programs within the GCC region.
