Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR Business Partners to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, defense networks, and internal referrals).
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical, security clearance, and cultural fit criteria.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks in line with defense sector regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill defense roles (e.g., engineers, technicians, logistics, and operations).
  • Manage recruitment reports, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor hiring performance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
