AtkinsRéalis in Dubai, UAE seeks a Talent and Learning Development Advisor to advance employee development and engagement across the region. You will design and deliver training programs, partner with HR and leadership to map career paths, and drive leadership development initiatives.

The role requires a business or communications degree, strong stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication skills; MS Office proficiency is essential.
