Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical)

Location: Dubai

About the Role

Seeking a dynamic Technical TA Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the strategic partner to our product and technology teams thereby helping identify attract and hire top-tier technical talent. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our tech workforce and ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive talent market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for roles including but not limited to engineers data scientists DevOps cloud etc.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn GitHub Stack Overflow and other platforms
  • Conduct initial technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Consistent achievement of TA OKRs (hiring volumes quality and timelines)
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Human Resources Business or related field (technical background is a plus)
  • 3 years of experience in technical recruiting preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Strong understanding of technical roles skills and terminology
  • Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
  • Deployment of new-age AI tools and assessments in hiring
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with pleasing personality
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with agility
  • Experience recruiting for niche or senior-level technical roles
  • Familiarity with behavioral and competency-based interview techniques
  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives on campuses platforms and social channels
