Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical)

About the Role
Seeking a dynamic Technical TA Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the strategic partner to our product and technology teams thereby helping identify attract and hire top-tier technical talent. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our tech workforce and ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive talent market.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for roles including but not limited to engineers data scientists DevOps cloud etc.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing screening interviewing offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn GitHub Stack Overflow and other platforms
- Conduct initial technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Consistent achievement of TA OKRs (hiring volumes quality and timelines)
- Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Masters degree in Human Resources Business or related field (technical background is a plus)
- 3 years of experience in technical recruiting preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Strong understanding of technical roles skills and terminology
- Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
- Deployment of new-age AI tools and assessments in hiring
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with pleasing personality
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with agility
- Experience recruiting for niche or senior-level technical roles
- Familiarity with behavioral and competency-based interview techniques
- Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives on campuses platforms and social channels
