Job description
  • Prepares recruitment lists and posts jobs using job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Screen candidates, call applicants, conduct initial interviews. Communicate throughout recruitment and hiring process.
  • Generates official internal documents such as offer letters, recognition, etc.
  • Ensure candidates have a complete understanding of job responsibilities, compensation, and training requirements.
  • Offer Negotiation: Making job offers, negotiating salaries, and managing the hiring process.
  • Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
HR Administration
  • Maintains employee data information in relative computer systems
  • Posts new employee announcements on Company intranet
  • Tracks Employee Referral Awards and coordinates payment
  • Assists Payroll Coordinator with collecting time entries each week
  • Post-employment opportunities in-house and on website. Provide/manage internal promotions/transfers
  • Process reference requests, application response letters, and related pre-employment background checks.
  • Generate required reports, gather and analyze data; employee turnover etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality of issues pertaining to staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assisting in planning and coordinating company events.
  • Reporting: Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve the recruitment process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Arrange interviews with department managers.
  • Sets up 90-day new hire check-ins with Managers
