Job summary

A leading recruitment agency seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to support recruitment processes for offshore operations in Abu Dhabi. You will develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with the HR team. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector. Knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process for our offshore operations. You will work closely with the HR team to identify and attract top talent for our company.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database
  • Assist in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred
  • Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
