A well established financial services provider in the UAE driving significant transformation across its digital and technology platforms is looking to bring on board a TA Partner to support this exciting evolution. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in shaping and delivering the recruitment strategy for digital, technology, and innovation-focused roles across the business. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and HR teams to attract top talent across technology, data, product, and transformation functions helping the organisation build the future of financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across digital, technology, and transformation positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective talent strategies.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using a blend of direct sourcing, market mapping, and networking.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of top tech and digital talent across key functional areas.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR and business teams to drive employer branding and diversity initiatives.
  • Track recruitment metrics and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Must be a strong communicator and excellent in stakeholder management.
  • Bachelors degree minimum qualification.
  • Must have strong tech hiring experience preferably within fintech, financial services or tech company.
  • Minimum of 8 years in Talent Acquisition.
