Job summary

Qashio is expanding its teams and seeks a motivated Talent Acquisition (TA) specialist to join our friendly group and back our growth. This role focuses on reviewing inbound applications across Product, Sales, Data & AI, Finance and Marketing, plus headhunting passive talent in the UAE and Ireland.

You’ll screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, partner with hiring managers, and maintain a positive candidate experience with transparent data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for SaaS or GTM roles is preferred.
• Ability to assess capability, motivation and cultural fit.
• Strong communication and candidate experience mindset.
• Familiarity with UAE markets and hiring laws.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

• Own the review and assessment of inbound applications across multiple roles across Product, Sales, Data & AI, Finance, Marketing.
• Headhunt passive talent across UAE & Ireland.
• Carefully screen CVs and applications with attention to quality, relevance, and potential
• Conduct initial interviews and conversations to assess capability, motivation, and fit
• Partner with hiring managers to understand what good looks like beyond a job description
• Manage candidates through the hiring process with clarity, fairness, and respect
• Ensure a positive, human candidate experience at every stage
• Track and maintain accurate hiring data, pipelines, and status updates
• Help ensure we hire people who contribute positively to the team culture and raise the bar
