  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate meetings with hiring managers.
  • Support offer and onboarding processes in coordination with HR and PRO teams.
  • Maintain and update recruitment tracking reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment process — from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding — with a focus on attracting top-performing real estate brokers and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sales, admin, back office, and support).
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and direct networking.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate meetings with hiring managers.
  • Support offer and onboarding processes in coordination with HR and PRO teams.
  • Maintain and update recruitment tracking reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Represent Whitewill professionally in the market and strengthen the employer brand.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience (real estate or sales industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
  • Knowledge of UAE labour law is an advantage.
