We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and drive our talent strategy forward. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent aligned with our organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and impactful hiring experience.
Job Purpose
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process and enable the team to identify top talent for the organization.
- Recruit talent, build a strong employer brand, and maintain excellent relationships with both candidates and employees.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships efficiently to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Liaise with different departments in the PC&P team for smooth recruitment, and completion of on‑boarding process of the candidate.
- Administer the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the team hires the right candidates for the right roles in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team to ensure mandates are fulfilled accurately and without discrepancies.
- Ensure Emiratization targets are met in line with MOHRE requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process for N-1 and N-2 roles, ensuring timely and compliant closures.
- Drive the sourcing and hiring of C-level and executive leadership roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
- Maintain updated job descriptions for all roles across the organization.
- Align with Business Units and the Finance team on manpower budgeting and costing.
- Stay informed about the local recruitment market and maintain competitive awareness.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, including internal hiring and referral programs.
- Monitor and manage the team’s turnaround time (TAT) for closing positions within agreed KPIs.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events as directed by management.
- Update dashboards and present recruitment reports to management on a timely basis.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruitment and onboarding teams.
- Lead university open days to support the company’s Emiratization initiatives.
- Ensure closure of audit gaps related to recruitment and onboarding processes.
Requirements/Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, handling a team, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with, stakeholders, and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience managing a team.
- Experience on Applicant Tracking Systems
- Effective management of senior stakeholders
