The Role
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in delivering recruitment solutions across multiple industries—including tech, logistics, government, and more—while supporting our mission to "eMagine Talent Differently."
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent, temporary, and executive roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist high-caliber candidates using innovative sourcing methods
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct market mapping, salary surveys, and support RPO projects
- Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver tailored hiring solutions
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of successful placements in the UAE or GCC
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, high-performing team
- Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging technology in recruitment
- Driven, ethical, and committed to delivering results

- Sales Training: Strong consultative sales abilities to engage and influence clients and candidates
- Psychology & Human Behavior: Understanding of motivation, personality traits, and talent assessment
- Negotiation: Skilled in managing offers, counteroffers, and closing placements
- Market Research: Ability to conduct salary surveys, market mapping, and competitor analysis
- Stakeholder Management: Building trust and credibility with senior leaders, hiring managers, and candidates
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to craft persuasive outreach and deliver clear feedback
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment technology, ATS, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Problem Solving: Resourceful, solutions-oriented approach to overcoming hiring challenges
- Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and experience working in multicultural environments
- Training & Development: Experience delivering or participating in training initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, interview skills, onboarding)
