We are seeking a strategic and well-connected Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical in driving our growth by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier technical talent, with a specific focus on the heavy equipment sector. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner to business leaders, leveraging deep industry knowledge, a robust professional network, and data‑driven insights to build a sustainable talent pipeline that aligns with our ambitious organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Full‑Cycle Technical Recruitment: Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technical roles, with a emphasis on engineering, manufacturing, service, and support positions within the heavy equipment industry.
- Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Proactively source passive and active candidates through advanced channels, including leveraging a strong existing network, industry associations, and specialized technical forums.
- Candidate Assessment & Selection: Screen and evaluate applicants for technical competence, cultural fit, and overall suitability, managing the candidate flow from application to offer.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, liaising on recruitment progress, market intelligence, and candidate calibration to ensure alignment on requirements and selection.
- Interview Coordination: Efficiently arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating a thorough and positive assessment experience for all parties.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Manage the offer process, including negotiating contracts and terms of employment, to secure top talent and ensure a smooth transition into CDhorizon.
- Employer Branding & Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted recruitment advertising campaigns to enhance CDhorizon's visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice in the technical and heavy equipment space.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile and analyze recruitment metrics to generate insightful reports on KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, advertising ROI, and quality of hire.
- System Management: Maintain impeccable, up‑to‑date records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or designated databases, ensuring data integrity for tracking and reporting purposes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3‑5 years of progressive experience in a dedicated talent acquisition or recruitment role.
- Must be well‑versed in technical recruitment, with a strong preference for direct experience within the heavy equipment, industrial machinery, automotive, or a closely related manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of building and leveraging a strong network of technical professionals.
