Job summary

BFL Group is seeking a Tailor – Alterations in Dubai to deliver high‑quality garment alterations and exceptional customer service. You will manage order intake through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion in a fast-paced retail tailoring area.

The role requires 2–3 years in tailoring, knowledge of fabrics, and strong attention to detail. You will support operations, handle basic cashier duties when needed, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in tailoring or garment manufacturing.
• 2–3 years of tailoring or garment alterations experience.
• Good knowledge of fabrics and garment construction and sewing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager with day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform alterations such as hemming, resizing, repairs, and adjustments across various garments.
• Operate sewing machines and hand sewing tools safely and efficiently.
• Greet customers professionally and explain alteration options, timelines, and pricing clearly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow company policies.
