Job Title: Tadbeer Manager

Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 8,000 – 15,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Tadbeer Manager to oversee the operations of a licensed Tadbeer Centre in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring MOHRE compliance, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to both employers and domestic workers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management
    • Supervise and control all day‑to‑day operations of the Tadbeer Centre.
    • Ensure smooth handling of domestic worker recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, and deployment.
    • Oversee accommodation, medical tests, and documentation for domestic workers.
    • Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
  2. Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure all activities strictly comply with MOHRE Tadbeer guidelines and UAE Labour Law (Domestic Workers Law No.10 of 2017).
    • Maintain up‑to‑date records, contracts, and reports for audits and inspections.
    • Liaise with government authorities (MOHRE, Immigration, Embassies) for renewals and approvals.
  3. Client & Customer Service
    • Manage client inquiries, service requests, and complaints with professionalism.
    • Ensure transparency in contract terms, fees, and service quality.
    • Handle conflict resolution between clients and domestic workers as per UAE regulations.
    • Maintain a customer‑first culture and ensure satisfaction through timely delivery and communication.
  4. Staff Management
    • Supervise and lead customer service officers, recruitment coordinators, and PROs.
    • Conduct staff training to ensure compliance, efficiency, and service quality.
    • Allocate duties, monitor attendance, and evaluate performance.
  5. Financial & Business Oversight
    • Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall profitability of the centre.
    • Approve quotations, contracts, and operational budgets.
    • Assist management in strategic planning, marketing, and business development to attract new clients.
  6. Reporting & Administration
    • Prepare monthly reports on centre performance, visa processing, and financial KPIs.
    • Maintain data confidentiality and accurate record‑keeping in compliance with UAE PDPL standards.
    • Coordinate with external service providers such as training centres, transport vendors, and accommodation partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Tadbeer Centre management, domestic worker recruitment, or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of MOHRE policies, Tadbeer systems, and UAE visa processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
