Job summary

Citco, a global leader in fund administration, is seeking a senior accounting professional to oversee end-to-end fund accounting across Real Assets mandates in Abu Dhabi. The role demands oversight of risk, regulatory compliance and high-performing teams.

You will mentor staff, manage multi-entity transactions, and engage with auditors and clients at the highest level. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience, professional accounting qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CA), and deep IFRS/GAAP

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in fund administration, asset management, or public accounting.
• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent).
• Deep Real Assets accounting experience across Real Estate and Infrastructure structures.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, local and European GAAPs, and complex multi-entity transactions.
• Proven leadership of Fund Accounting or Financial Reporting teams.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and engaging with auditors and stakeholders.
• Experience onboarding new clients and fund structures.
• Experience working through a global team-extension model.

• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent)
• 12+ years of progressive experience in fund administration, asset management, or public accounting
