Job summary

A leading sustainability consultant in the Middle East is offering an internship program for university students in Abu Dhabi. This program focuses on sustainability and the environment, providing hands-on experience in areas such as green building design and project management. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a relevant academic background, and be familiar with sustainability standards like LEED and BREEAM. A UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (Written, electronic & spoken).
• Working towards at least one of the accreditations: LEED GA or AP, PQP.
• Hands-on engineering and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Member of Sustainability team.
• Development of reports and presentations.
• Support in the green building design and documentation process.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of current sustainability standards

Knowledge of LEED and BREEAM

Fluent written & spoken English

Excellent planning and organization skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline (Environmental, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture)
