Sustainability Engineer

Location: Al Ain

What You’ll Be Doing:

• ✔ Liaise regularly with ADM and EAD to align project execution with local sustainability guidelines
• ✔ Contribute to ESG reporting and carbon reduction planning across projects
• ✔ Prepare and implement sustainability strategies and green procurement plans
• ✔ Oversee material submittals and shop drawings to ensure LEED/Estidama compliance during construction
• ✔ Represent environmental and sustainability goals during weekly meetings with clients and authorities
• ✔ Prepare and submit Estidama/LEED audit reports, compliance trackers, and progress updates
• ✔ Work cross-functionally with trades, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure 360° sustainability compliance

What You Bring:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field
• 🌿 Proven experience delivering Estidama and LEED requirements in live projects
• 📈 Hands‑on knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability implementation
• 🤝 Excellent stakeholder coordination, communication, and reporting abilities
• 🛠 Proficiency in tools related to sustainability reporting and green building systems

✅ Preferred Extras:

• LEED AP, Estidama PQP, or equivalent green building certification
• Background in construction or consultancy sectors in the Middle East
• Strong analytical mindset and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
