Job summary

Avanta Works in Zayed City, UAE is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Surveying and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of the latest surveying techniques and software; English and Arabic are preferred.

The role covers field surveys of land and structures using instruments like theodolites, GPS receivers and laser scanners, with reports produced in GIS or AutoCAD. Frequent travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Surveying (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of latest surveying techniques and software.
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Carry out surveys on land, water resources, buildings and other structures to provide data for design or development plans.
• Use instruments such as theodolites, GPS receivers and laser scanners.
• Produce detailed reports using GIS or AutoCAD and comply with local regulations.
