Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate shop and field activities related to Completion Tools. The role focuses on safety, quality, and meeting client expectations across offshore environments in the Middle East region.

The candidate will supervise Tool Technicians and Service Operators, deliver on training requirements, and ensure timely completion of HSE refreshers while maintaining high competency on complex jobs. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical mechanical, electrical degree or related.
• 5 years Liner Hanger and Completion tools experience.
• 3 years offshore proved experience.
• 1-year Deep water proved experience.
• Availability for international traveling.
• Advanced English Proficiency is mandatory.
• Have a “can do” attitude as well as energy and passion for learning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees shop and field activities to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with HSE and HMS guidelines.
• Provides training to employees and maintains required competency levels.
• Maintains supervisory presence on customer job sites during complex, high‑profile jobs and supports day‑to‑day operations.
• Participates in investigations of unsatisfactory or unplanned job results.

Job Duties

Under broad direction, coordinates and oversees shop and field activities regarding Product Service Line (PSL) work with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction through compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Halliburton Management System (HMS) guidelines and requirements. Employees under the supervision of the Service Leader are Service Specialists, Service Operators, and Tool Technicians. Observes employees in the field and maintenance shops for SQ/HSE adherence to policy and provides training as necessary for the continued enhancement of skill levels. Ensures the timely completion of training courses, including yearly HSE refresher-training, and maintenance of required levels of competency as required for the employees under their supervision. Provides a supervisory presence on customer job sites as needed during various phases of complex, high-profile jobs. Aids the service coordinator(s) in managing day-to-day operations as needed. Participates in the investigation of unsatisfactory and/or unplanned job results.
