SearchPlus HR is seeking a Specialist Surgical Oncologist in Dubai to lead evidence-based surgical management of solid tumors. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform complex oncological surgeries in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes preoperative planning, informed consent, postoperative care, and active participation in tumor boards and ongoing professional development. UAE licensing and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery and/or Surgical Oncology.
• Specialist qualification recognized by the UAE health authority.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications as required by the facility.
• Relevant fellowship or subspecialty training in Surgical Oncology is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based surgical management of solid tumors and other oncological conditions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including medical, radiation oncology, radiology, pathology, and anesthesia.
• Conduct consultations, assessments, and physical examinations for suspected or confirmed malignancies.
• Develop individualized surgical plans based on diagnosis, stage, and multidisciplinary input.
• Perform elective and emergency oncological surgical procedures within scope of practice.
