Job description

Responsibilities

• Project co-ordination
• ERP Level 1 support
• Meeting with developers to discuss the project requirements & workflow
• Define detail project implementation plans
• Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities
• Develop track and report key implementation progress metrics
• Role of ERP support executive
• Software testing
• Involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment
• Prioritizing and escalating issues when needed and keeping customers informed of progress
• Training the customers
