Job summary

Al Tariq is seeking a diligent Materials/Logistics professional in Abu Dhabi to support the Annual Service Plan with forecasting and stock optimization. You will analyze supplier and OEM inputs, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain accurate spares data to sustain readiness across equipment platforms.

The role involves reviewing inventory, advising on stock levels, and coordinating requisitions while upholding data security and process improvements within the material management function.

Responsibilities

• Provide annual supply forecasting requirements for the Annual Service Plan (ASP).
• Analyze incoming shipments from OEMS, vendors, and balance on hand and repairable goods for assigned equipment systems.
• Coordinate with Technical Supply and Technical Planning to advise on required platform stock levels and balance-on-hand reports.
• Review inventory data and advise on optimal line item stock levels for main stores.
• Establish safety and reserve stock levels for critical items to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate with Technical Planning on spares status and maintenance trends for assigned platforms.
• Maintain the spares master data record and support demand analysis for assigned platforms.
• Advise Technical Supply on spares status and maintenance trends as needed.
• Facilitate authorized requisitions by Technical Supply for equipment system support.
• Apply continuous improvement and LEAN principles across material functions.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all company documents.
• Perform other duties as required by the Material Manager.
