Job summary

Safran Seats à Dubaï recherche un Coordinateur de Projet Supply Chain pour installer des standards de chaîne d'approvisionnement conformes au cadre One Safran et soutenir le futur Supply Chain Manager de Dubaï.

Vous pilotez le déploiement de la maturité, définissez la feuille de route, déployez le manuel, les grilles de maturité et les KPI, et reportez les progrès au BPM/BPO.

Qualifications

• Expérience en chaîne d'approvisionnement, achats ou gestion des fournisseurs, idéalement dans l'aérospatial.
• Connaissance du S&OP, des processus de qualification des fournisseurs et ERP/MRP.
• Expérience avec des modèles de maturité, déploiement standard et amélioration continue.
• Familiarité avec la méthodologie QRQC et les systèmes de KPI/performance.
• 5 à 8 ans d'expérience pertinente, idéalement en aérospatial ou industrie exigeante.

Responsibilities

• Piloter la maturité du Supply Chain à Dubaï selon One Safran.
• Définir et maintenir la feuille de route de maturité pour Dubaï.
• Déployer le manuel One Safran, les grilles de maturité et les KPI.
• Reporter les progrès et KPI au BPM/BPO et au Directeur de Projet.
• Identifier les écarts et suivre les plans d'action.
• Coach et soutenir le futur Supply Chain Manager de Dubaï.
• Faciliter les routines QRQC et la résolution structurée de problèmes.
• Représenter la discipline Supply Chain sur tous les projets à Dubaï.
• Benchmark des pratiques avec les sites Safran et partager les meilleures pratiques.

Descriptif mission

The Supply Chain Project Coordinator is the guarantor that Supply Chain is installed at Dubai to state-of-the-art standards, using the One Safran reference framework. The role defines the Supply Chain maturity roadmap for Dubai and accompanies the future Dubai Supply Chain Manager(s) as their hands‑on right hand through this maturity journey.

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

• Pilot the maturity deployment of the Supply Chain discipline at the Dubai site, ensuring processes, tools and practices are installed to state‑of‑the‑art / One Safran standards.
• Define and maintain the Supply Chain maturity roadmap for Dubai (Qualifying level, Bronze, and subsequent levels), aligned with the One Safran maturity grid.
• Deploy and maintain the One Safran Supply Chain handbook, maturity grids, standard KPIs, and QRQC methodology at the Dubai site.
• Report maturity progress and KPIs to the Supply Chain BPM/BPO, acting as the functional reference point for Supply Chain topics at Dubai.
• Identify gaps versus the One Safran reference framework and define, track, and close the associated action plans.
• Support and coach the future Dubai Supply Chain Manager(s) in building their team's maturity, acting as their hands‑on "right hand" during the ramp‑up phase.
• Facilitate QRQC routines and structured problem‑solving within the discipline at Dubai.
• Represent the Supply Chain discipline (not a specific product line) across all Dubai projects.
• Benchmark Dubai's practices against other Safran Seats and Safran sites and bring back best practices from the One Safran network.
• Build Dubai team capability in Supply Chain through training, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
• Escalate maturity risks or resource gaps to the BPM/BPO and the Dubai Industrial Project Manager.
• Pilot the maturity of S&OP, supplier qualification, inventory management, and logistics practices at Dubai against the One Safran Supply Chain maturity grid.
• Support the structuring of the Dubai supplier panel and procurement processes in line with One Safran standards.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier management, ideally in an industrial or aerospace environment
• Familiarity with S&OP, supplier qualification processes, and ERP/MRP systems
• Experience with maturity models, standard deployment, or continuous improvement frameworks
• Familiarity with QRQC methodology and KPI/performance management systems
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in aerospace or a demanding industrial environment
