Job summary

Confity Capital Partners is seeking a Supply Chain Officer to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, efficient inventory control, and smooth coordination with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in UAE, India, and Africa import/export processes, with strong communication and negotiation skills. A degree in related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of UAE/India/Africa supply chain or logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of customs, import/export procedures, HS codes, and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Management: source materials, negotiate pricing, and manage purchase orders.
• Logistics Coordination: oversee shipments, liaise with freight forwarders, track delivery timelines.
• Supplier Management: build relationships, evaluate performance, ensure compliance.
• Documentation Compliance: prepare shipping documents, ensure UAE/India customs adherence.
