Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services seeks a Supply Chain Manager for its FMCG distribution activities in Sharjah, UAE. The role covers end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.

You will lead the supply chain team, coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, logistics and finance, monitor KPIs, optimise costs, and drive efficiency to ensure product availability and minimise wastage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution and expiry management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, leadership and problem-solving skills; proficient in ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities
